ESTIMATES: The figure in the Estimate column is what we believe to be the fair and reasonable price for the lot, excluding any applicable GST (Goods & Services Tax) payable on the purchase price of the lot.

RESERVE PRICE: Bids below any Reserve Price (set at 70% of the Estimate for this auction) will not be accepted. Any bid below this amount will be automatically rounded up to the Reserve Price.

MAXIMUM or PROXY BIDDING: When you place a bid, enter the maximum amount you are willing to bid for that item. If this amount is between bidding steps your bid will automatically be rounded up to the next actual bid step. 

Whenever someone else places a bid, our auction software will automatically enter the lowest possible bid for you, up to your maximum bid, until you are the winning bidder or you are outbid by the other bidder.

At the end of an auction, if you are the high bidder your final bid will only be one bid step above the second highest bidder.

When two bidders enter the same Maximum Bid the bidder placing the early bid will take precedence.

Your identity and any bids you place with us will never be disclosed to any other person/s.

MULTIPLE BIDS: Mutiple Bids can be placed after you have Logged On to the site and have gone to the  My Current Auctions page.

WATCH LIST: You may choose to Watch items without placing bids, this can be done by clicking on the Add to my Watch List link on each auction lot. If this lot recieves a bid you will automatically be notified by email that a bid has been submitted. 

BID NOTIFICATION: When you place a bid on any lot you will automatically be sent an email notification.

UPDATE MAXIMUM BID NOTIFICATION: When you increase your Maximum Bid on any lot you will automatically be sent an email notification.

OUTBID NOTIFICATION: If your Maximum Bid is exceeded by another bidder you will automatically be sent an email notification.

AMENDMENTS: Any amendments to these Terms And Conditions must be expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
